What hours will my office lady be available?

 

Our office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
We are closed on all New Zealand public holidays, Southland Anniversary Day and Auckland Anniversary Day.


How do you keep my information confidential and secure?

 

Keeping your information confidential and secure is a high priority to us at Mrs Tradie. We have in place the latest technology to ensure the security of your information. 

Passwords: 

  • We use the premium version of LastPass to store passwords and codes. This means we can control access to your logins without our office ladies actually seeing what the passwords are. We have complete control and can revoke access at any time..

File Access: 

  • Using Office 365 One Drive & Teams we use share points to restrict access of files to only your authorised office lady.

Employee Vetting:

  • All our team hold clean records and we complete criminal conviction checks and credit checks on all our staff.

Terms of Service Agreement: 

  • Your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. As part of the sign-up process, together we complete and sign our Terms of Service agreement, part of which outlines our policy to treat all information we hold about you in the strictest confidence.

Triple security checks: 

  • Access to any of our laptops requires security passwords, as well as two-step authentication to access our financial databases.


What systems can my office lady use?

 

All of our office ladies are proficient in Microsoft Office 365. We all use a vast range of payroll systems, apps and tools across our client base so it is likely that we know the systems that you are on. If not, all of our office ladies are tech savvy and can easily learn a required tool. Please refer to our Team Bios and Services for more information.


Can my office lady answer my phone?

 

Absolutely yes. We can set up a dedicated phone line that you can divert your mobile to. We can answer in your business name and provide your clients with a friendly voice.


What accounting software do Mrs Tradie use?

We are Xero Advisor Certified and use this programme as our main accounting software. It enables us to remotely manage your accounts through their online platform and share direct info required for end of year accounts. We also use the likes of MYOB and Project Management Platforms. We can also learn a new system at any point or allocate an office lady that is experienced with the system you prefer.


What if I need a task completed that my office lady can't do?

 

Your office lady has the backing of our team, all with various specialty skills. Your office lady will project manage the task and have it completed by the best person on the team.


How do we connect to you virtually? 

 

We use online systems to do the things you need us to do remotely. You simply click on the link we provide. You can remove access at any point. We Use Teams and Zoom.


What happens if my office lady is sick or on leave?

 

If your office lady is away, we will arrange for one of our other office ladies to step in and take care of any tasks required, ensuring uninterrupted service.


What if it isn't working out for me?

 

We understand there can be various reasons why it sometimes doesn't work out with your office lady. Our aim is to provide you with the very best service to assist you in achieving your goals. If that means working on a better fit, we'll make it happen. With just one email and no fuss, we can have you switched to another office lady.  

If you would like to terminate the service altogether, we'd be sorry to see you go. We require at least one month's notice so you'll receive one more invoice after we've received your notification.
